Conflict Resolution and Mediation techniques provide core skills for those working to resolve ethical issues in healthcare.

Our lead faculty for these 2 days will be Tim Hedeen, Ph.D., professor of Conflict Management at Kennesaw State university.  Tim will draw on his own two decades of conflict resolution practice and training.  He serves on the Commission on Dispute Resolution of the Georgia Supreme court and is past chair of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Community Mediation.

***The Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution (GODR) has approved our plan to make this workshop one in a series of workshops that will cover the training required to meet GODR requirements to qualify as a registered mediator in Georgia***
