Registration for IN-PERSON participation must be received by Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST

Registration for VIRTUAL participation by Monday, March 6 at 11:59 PM EST.


Student Registration Eligibility:
If you are enrolled full time in an undergraduate or professional school (e.g. medicine, nursing, public health), you may register for the conference at the student rate. Other trainees (e.g. medical fellows, residents, and chaplain interns) should register at the "Trainee in Professionals Training Program" rate

Cancellation policy:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by February 24, 2023, 5:00 pm EST. A $50 processing fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after February 20, 2023. Any refunds will be processed after the conference. HEC reserves the right to substitute faculty or cancel or reschedule sessions because of low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.

The Emory University School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 14 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.  The Emory University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

 

CNEs

"Emory Nursing Professional Development Center (ENPDC) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.  Attendees to this activity will be awarded contact hours by ENPDC upon completion of the activity evaluation and by participating in 90% of the activity time." 

Note: 14 credits hours have been approved for both days, with 7 credit hours approved for each day.

 

 

CEUs for Clinical Social Work

For social work licensing purposes, this program has been approved by The Georgia Society for Clinical Social Work (GSCSW) for a total of 14 Ethics or Core hours for attending both days or 7 hours for one day.
